Returns & Exchange Policy

Black Knight  appreciates your business and strives to ensure your satisfaction.

We will accept all authorized returns and exchanges on unused products in their original packaging (with tags) within 45 days of purchase.

When returning or exchanging, you can insert a note with the reason for your return as well as any exchange instructions. Or, you can simply complete  our return/exchange form here  

Black Knight will cover the shipping costs of one exchange.

Products not returned in new condition or returned after 45 days from the invoice date may be eligible for a credit at the discretion of Black Knight.

If an item is not eligible for a refund or store credit, the product will be returned to the customer.
